  • Technical data: session cookies, approximate IP for security/rate-limiting, and optional browser push subscriptions if you enable notifications.
  • Messages you send via in-app chat or WhatsApp handoff (including pre-filled context).

  • Provide, schedule, and track cleaning bookings.
  • Communicate status updates, support replies, and service notices.
  • Verify team members and manage assignments and payments.
  • Secure the platform (session expiry, rate limits, fraud/abuse prevention).

We keep booking and account records as long as needed for service delivery, accounting, and legal obligations. Passwords are hashed; sessions expire after inactivity. Upload access is restricted to authorised roles. No method of transmission is 100% secure — please use a strong unique password.
